- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I was having an extremely hard time getting my disability benefits, so I contacted the McKennon Law Group for help. My case was different, as my benefit was not governed by ERISA. Robert McKennon and Stephanie Talavera filed a lawsuit on my behalf, alleging insurance bad faith, and the defendant tried to dismiss my claims. The McKennon Law Group did not let that happen.
